JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working with hiring managers to learn about the technical requirements for IT positions; examining job descriptions for open positions.
Assisting in the creation and revision of specific job descriptions and technical specifications; determining the most efficient strategies for attracting qualified IT candidates and recruiting them.
Creating advertisements for job openings; utilizing the Ceipal’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to post advertisements and track candidates.
Connecting qualified applicants to hiring managers, maintaining a recruiting dashboard, and providing executive and team managers with recruitment reports.
Using an LMS platform that provides an efficient training program for our employees to assist them in delivering high-quality products and services to end users and keeping our organization up-to-date with compliance regulations to contribute to the ongoing training and development of our employees.
Creating and maintaining a presence in the IT industry community and market to facilitate contacts.
Ensuring that the company adheres to all applicable employment laws and regulations by staying current.
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a field closely related to it.
