Qualifications and/or Work Experience:
- It is preferred that you have an associate’s degree in finance, business, or a similar profession.
- Prior administrative and accounting job experience.
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office (including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
- Strong expertise in paying taxes on payroll.
Language Abilities:
The capacity to read, evaluate, and interpret governmental regulations, technical processes, and magazines in the human services field. T he capacity to develop process manuals, business letters, and reports. Ability to speak in front of groups of managers, clients, consumers, and the general public and communicate effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Mathematical Skills:
Capacity to calculate percentages, mean, mode, and median; and the ability to create and decipher graphs.
Cognitive Power:
Ability to identify problems, gather information, confirm facts, and reach reliable conclusions.
