For a busy general litigation law business, an experienced paralegal is essential. Experience in these fields is necessary because the practice concentrates on estate planning, civil litigation, and divorce/family law.
The ideal applicant will be able to multitask and work alone while yet collaborating with others. Strong writing and research abilities, familiarity with Massachusetts Rules of Civil and Domestic Procedure, proficiency in handling discovery requests and production, time management skills, and client interaction in a private setting are all required of the candidate.
