JOB DESCRIPTION:
Due to the expansion of our office, we are seeking to hire more agents, either full- or part-time, and to license and train them.
In addition to putting a strong emphasis on financial education and assisting in wealth creation, we offer our clients great service. We design top-notch financial strategies for families while also developing some of the best agents in the business.
In all 50 states, each of our agents has the option to work remotely from their homes.
• Initial and ongoing commission payments.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Complete flexibility in terms of working hours and location.
• Payment for the needed licensing.
Required Qualifications:
• Aged 18 or older.
• Must be capable of passing a background investigation.
• Driven to learn and develop
• Dedicated to assisting people
• Willingness to get Series 6 licenses and required state insurance within 90 days.
• The capacity to establish rapport with customers and salespeople.
• Necessary to reside in the US.
