Qualifications:
- Equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Prior experience in relevant customer service.
- It is preferred to have a current dangerous goods shipment certificate (49 CFR & IATA).
- Preferable working knowledge of internal and overseas shipping regulations for both dangerous and non-dangerous goods.
- Experience with shipping software that is preferred and required by typical shipping carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx. Etc.)
