Duties:
Interact with technical staff on behalf of project teams.
Work with the project teams to translate verbal discussions into documented business requirements.
Manage and develop tasks based on business needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and document business processes.
Aid in the search for technological solutions that could help with corporate needs.
Aid in the creation of systems and processes.
Aid with project management duties.
Aid in the organization of testing activities and the creation of test plans.
Implement test plans, and record all test outcomes.
Position Requirements:
B.A./B.S. degree and a strong educational background are essential.
knowledge of the fundamentals of the software, systems, survey development, data analysis, databases, and system design.
1 to 3 years of experience gathering, overseeing, and capturing business requirements
The capacity to translate verbal instructions into written ones.
The capacity to comprehend project plans and to express roles, project goals, and schedules accurately.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Dedication to completing tasks of different difficulty
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
The capacity to interact with others diplomatically and with tact.
Ability to multitask while under deadline constraints and sometimes even tackle many priorities concurrently.
User experience (UX), Visio, SQL, Atlassian suite, and web design are all preferred but not necessary.
